Athletes can focus on a single pathway or combine training with competition, receiving instruction in real football fundamentals that translate directly to game performance through film study, performance evaluations, and tournament experience. With transparent pricing and a focus on building character alongside skills, we use football as a tool to teach discipline, accountability, and the habits that create success on and off the field.

The Off-Season Training pathway builds complete athletes through comprehensive development across strength, speed, and position-specific skills.

What You'll Develop

Strength & Conditioning
Build explosive power through foundational lifts—cleans, squats, bench press—plus auxiliary work designed to make you bigger, faster, stronger.

Speed & Agility
Develop first-step quickness and change of direction through ladder drills, hurdle work, and resistance band training.

Position-Specific Skills
Quarterbacks: Footwork, coverage reads, arm angles, mechanics, film study
Running Backs: Ball security, hole recognition, pass protection
Linemen: Hand placement, leverage, footwork, pass sets
Receivers: Route precision, releases, separation skills
Defensive Backs: Coverage techniques, break angles, ball skills
Linebackers: Coverage drops, reading offenses, gap responsibility

Film Study
Review your practices and sessions through Hudl. Identify improvements and track progress using the same technology as college and pro programs

Performance Tracking
Athletes participate in three performance evaluations throughout the program:

  • Initial Needs Analysis (December): Baseline testing to identify strengths and areas for growth
  • Mid-Program Assessment (February): Track progress and adjust training focus
  • Post-Program Evaluation (April): Final testing showing measurable improvement

Athletes receive digital reports with concrete data on strength, speed, and skill development.

What are the three pathways in the Off-Season Training Program?

Can my athlete do just 7v7 or 5v5 without the training sessions?
No. Our 7v7 and 5v5 programs are designed to work in combination with Off-Season Training. Athletes must be enrolled in Tier 2 (Training + Competition) or Tier 3 (Membership) to participate in 7v7 or 5v5.
Do you provide progress reports?
Yes. Athletes in Off-Season Training and combined tier packages receive three performance evaluations throughout the program with measurable data on strength, speed, and skill progression. We provide digital reports showing concrete improvement.
Can athletes from any school participate?
Absolutely. RISE Football serves the entire football community. We partner with youth and high school programs—we don't replace them. Athletes from any school or organization are welcome.
Can my athlete do just Off-Season Training without 7v7 or 5v5?
Yes. Tier 1 allows you to select Off-Season Training only.

No. RISE uniforms are not included in the registration cost and must be purchased separately.
What's the difference between 7v7 and 5v5?
7v7 is for skill position players (quarterbacks, receivers, running backs, defensive backs, linebackers). 5v5 is specifically for linemen (offensive and defensive line). Both include position-specific training and tournament competition.
What equipment do athletes need?
