RISE Football's GIRLS Off-Season Training Program offers 2 pathways from April through July—Both pathways include Off-Season Training for strength and skill development & position specific development for FLAG competition—all led by former college players and current high school coaches.

Athletes can choose to train 1 x per week or 2 x per week to enhance their game. All participants will recieve instruction in real football fundamentals that translate directly to game performance through performance evaluations, and tournament experience. With transparent pricing and a focus on building character alongside skills, we use football as a tool to teach discipline, accountability, and the habits that create success on and off the field.

Experienced Coaching Staff

Train with former college players, college coaches, and current high school coaches who have played and taught the game at the highest levels, bringing real football knowledge to every session across all three program pathways.

Real Football, Not Just Drills

Learn schemes, techniques, and fundamentals that translate directly to In season success—quarterbacks study film and work coverage reads, skill players refine game-ready routes, releases, coverage skills, flag pulling skills and a variety of tools to use in actual game situations.

Two Ways To Train

Training nights are held Tuesdays and Fridays from 7:15–8:30 PM, with options to attend once a week (10 sessions) on either Tuesday or Friday, or twice a week (20 sessions) on both nights.

The Off-Season Training pathway builds complete athletes through comprehensive development across strength, speed, and position-specific skills.

What You'll Develop

Strength & Conditioning
Build explosive power through foundational movements & SAQ—plus auxiliary work designed to make you bigger, faster, stronger.

Speed & Agility
Develop first-step quickness and change of direction through ladder drills, hurdle work, and resistance band training.

Position-Specific Skills:

Quarterbacks: Footwork, coverage reads, arm angles, mechanics, film study
Running Backs & Receivers: Ball security, hole recognition, pass protection, route precision, releases, separation skills
Defensive Backs: Coverage techniques, break angles, ball skills
Linebackers: Coverage drops, reading offenses, gap responsibility
