RISE FOOTBALL
Spring League Play (7v7 + 5v5) and Position Specific Development for high school teams who want to stay sharp together.
April - May
Sophomores - Seniors
All Positions
Every November, high school teams finish fall season and players scatter. They train alone. The team chemistry that makes Friday nights special disappears for months. Rise High School Team Training keeps your team together through the off-season. Train as a unit, compete against elite competition, and enter spring with the chemistry and sharpness that separates good programs from great ones.
Rise works directly with high school coaches to keep teams training together through the off-season. Rosters stay intact, team chemistry builds, and the cohesion that wins games develops over 6 weeks of competition.
We provide the structure and competition. Teams compete in 5v5 and 7v7 league play against elite high school programs. Real game situations. Real preparation for spring.
Football is the ultimate team game. Rise preserves what makes high school football special, the brotherhood, the shared struggle, the Friday night lights during the off-season when most teams are apart.

League play is the core—6 weeks of competition, 2-3 games every Sunday, with 5v5 and 7v7 running simultaneously.

Optional add-on to league play—strength, speed, and position-specific skills that make your team bigger, faster, and more fundamentally sound.

League play is the core of the program. Teams compete every Sunday for 6 weeks with 2-3 games guaranteed per weekend. Both 5v5 and 7v7 leagues run simultaneously at different locations.
What You'll Develop
5v5 Competition (Indoors)
Five versus five is linemen-only. Offensive line versus defensive line one-on-one matchups in the trenches. Teams rotate through both sides of the ball, competing on technique, leverage, and execution. This is where blocking schemes, pass protection, and defensive line play are refined under pressure. Rise staff coaches proper stance, hand placement, footwork, and the fundamentals that win in the trenches.
7v7 Competition (Outdoors)
Seven versus seven emphasizes the passing game. Quarterbacks work on reading progressions and throwing athletes open. Receivers and defensive backs compete in coverage battles that develop route running, separation skills, and ball skills. Linebackers learn to defend space and execute in the passing game. The season concludes with a single-elimination playoff seeded by league standings.
Games are player-led with Rise staff available if requested. High school coaches can evaluate their roster, test schemes, and develop leadership in a competitive environment.
With the ability to customize to your team's needs, training sessions are built around what your program demands—your goals, your focus, your path to spring.
Position specific development is optional but recommended. Sessions are structured around three core areas that make athletes bigger, faster, and more fundamentally sound.
Strength & Conditioning
Build explosive power through foundational lifts cleans, squats, bench press plus auxiliary work. Football strength that shows up in the fourth quarter.
Speed & Agility
Develop first-step quickness and change of direction through ladder drills, hurdle work, and resistance training. Train the movements that matter cutting, accelerating, reacting.
Position-Specific Skills
Focused technical work tailored to each position:
Every athlete trains with instructors who've competed at the highest levels—former college players, college coaches, and high school coaches who understand the game because they've lived it.
Our philosophy is built on three principles that define how we develop teams:
Football is the ultimate team game. Teams receive coaching together while competing against elite competition, building the chemistry and brotherhood needed to succeed on the field and in life.
If you love football, you're all in—disciplined in the classroom, relentless in training, accountable to your team, and demanding to be coached hard. Give yourself to the game, and you'll be rewarded with the intangibles to succeed in every walk of life.
Developing good habits and fundamentals is vital not just in football but in life. We use football as the instrument to teach lifelong skills in a competitive environment, free from the constraints of failure.
