We feel passionate about protecting the game and making it safer. Tackling Mondays teaches, reinforces, and creates reps to make sure that players are tackling as safe as possible. We use non-contact drills with no pads to teach the proper tackling fundamentals that are used at the University of Washington and Seattle Seahawks workouts.


This program will consist of film demonstrations in our classrooms and an insane amount of reps on the turf. By creating muscle memory during the week, we can expect to see a difference on the field on Saturday
