PROGRAM SUMMARY

Spring Off-Season (5v5 & 7v7 included ) program will run from January - May for all age levels. 

 

The Off-Season portion consists of a 16 week - M,W,F (48 sessions) comprehensive training program that will focus on improving all components necessary for an athlete to perform at that highest level and "prevent injury".

 

Your player receives:

- Initial Evaluation (Needs Analysis)

- 2 data points to see how the training is progressing

- Post program evaluation

Rise & Shine: Summer/Fall Off-Season training program. This is an 8 week (21 sessions) comprehensive training program that will focus on improving all components necessary for an athlete to perform at that highest level and “prevent injury”.

Our certified strength and conditioning coaches will conduct a “Needs Analysis” on every player in the program and give a detailed breakdown of areas of opportunity for growth. Your post program evaluation sheet will include: Speed, Strength, Mobility, Movement, and conditioning grades based off the players age and position. Using core, balance, power, speed, agility, quickness, resistance, and cardio respiratory training combined with a proper nutritional plan we will maximize each session and allow for optimal recovery.

We will utilize our 14,000 sq. ft. turf field w/ 25 ft high ceilings at the Puyallup facility (239 W Stewart Avenue, Puyallup WA) on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:15 am - 8:00 am for these sessions.
