PROGRAM SUMMARY
Our RISE 7v7 & 5v5 Off-Season program will run from January – May for all age levels.
The Off-Season portion consists of a 16 week – T, TH (32 sessions) comprehensive training program that
will focus on improving all components necessary for an athlete to perform at that highest level and
“prevent injury”.
Your player receives:
– Initial Evaluation (Needs Analysis)
– 2 data points to see how the training is progressing
– Post program evaluation
The 5v5 program includes a minimum of 6 tournaments from January – May with at least 1 national
tournament for the HS level, and an opportunity to earn on the youth level.
Your player receives:
– Elite level coaching and position specific training
– Better knowledge of the game
– Academic support
– Compete against best in the state & nation
