WHAT IS IT?
The RISE Off Season High School Training Program is designed to train high school teams together throughout the off season. Teams that work together and struggle together during the off season in this program will build team chemistry as well as work on fundamentals and skill development.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The workouts take place at the RISE facility and turf fields. All workouts in January and February take place indoors where position specific work will be broken down and fundamentals for each skillset taught in detail. During March, April, and May the workouts move outside where the emphasis changes to reps, competition, 7v7, and one on ones.
