What College Prep is About?

This group is not for everyone. College bound athletes need to work with other college bound athletes. In this program we focus on the current graduating class and provide them with small group intense college specific workouts to prepare them for their next season as a college freshman. Our athletes are more prepared mentally and physically than their competition. Changes in body definition is a prime focus in this program.
